Yes. In your planner’s Hub, go to Project → Download backup. Then create a film in Prep’d Film and use Project → Load a backup inside it. Everything comes with you: contacts, money, days and sketches.
Only you, on the devices you’ve signed in on, plus anyone you invite: your team on Studio or Production, or classmates you Collab with on Student. You choose View or Edit for each person on each film, and you can remove anyone anytime.
You keep your plan until the end of the time you paid for, plus a 7-day grace period. Then your account goes back to Free: your films go read-only for 90 days, then lock until you rejoin. Award-letter packets you already sent stay open. Anything you bought separately and files you uploaded are always yours.
No. Every account is for one person, and each person gets their own. If an account keeps getting used on extra devices, it gets a warning, then it locks.
Yes. Prep’d Film installs right from your browser, no app store needed: on iPhone or iPad tap Share → Add to Home Screen, and on Android tap Install app. It gets its own icon and opens full screen. Show me how.
